Cakes

I am willing to make any type of cake that you would like. My most popular cakes are my chocolate, Madeira sponge and pound cakes. Most of my cakes are covered in butter cream icing and then covered and decorated with fondant. I also make a lovely ganache that tastes great on most cakes! Again, if you have a favourite type of cake that you would like, just ask! If ordering a sculpted cake, the cake must be a stable enough cake to support carving, which I can tell you at the time of ordering.
